pressurized Light Oil Burners working at ON/OFF and HIGH/LOW flame
rates are the results of SHIYUG’s long experience in the field of
pressurized combustion. They are manufactured according to the most
advanced technology and in accordance with safety rules against air
pollution.
Shiyug burner casing is made of aluminum casting, which houses the
combustion air fan of centrifugal type and allows the burner to
connect directly to the boiler or to the heat generator by means of
high thickness flange and hinge. Each and every component is
diligently chosen so as to maintain the overall quality and
efficiency of the burner.
Shiyug burner starting cycle consists: pre-ventilation, pre-ignition
and ignition. The fuel flow to nozzle is provided with a lift and
force type pump, which ensures a regular and correct feeding even if
the tank is placed at lower level than the burner.
In Shiyug burner Air
lock is controlled by hydraulic ram. When the burner stops, it
limits considerably cold air inlet in the boiler avoiding any
dissipation of energy and dangerous stress to the boiler.
